Wellness Incentive.....Staff may trade accumulated sick leave for additional pay after accruing 240 or more hours.

Health Insurance.....Agency pays premium of a single Blue Cross Blue Shield policy.
 

Cash Option.....If currently covered under spouse's or parents' group plan, employee may elect a cash option of $100 per month in lieu of coverage in the AWI group health plan.
 

Dental Insurance.....Agency pays a portion of the premium of Delta Dental  policy.
 

Life Insurance.....Agency pays premium for $20,000 policy; doubles after 2 years.

Flexible Benefits Program.....Employees set up accounts to pay for medical (dental, prescription drug or vision) expenses not covered by other sources and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars.
